Grant Management
Histórica has a strong track record in applying for and managing almost $2 million in grants for a variety of projects. Grant funding is limited and the application process is extremely competitive; therefore, whether you are applying for a small educational grant or a large construction grant, a creative project and detailed application are essential for success. If a grant is awarded, strong project management skills are required to ensure the funding is spent appropriately, detailed records are kept, and all deadlines stipulated in the grant agreement are met.

$15,000 Dania Beach Design Arts Program Grant to identify locations for public art and parks in the Dania Beach Art and Antique District.
Boynton Beach African American and Bahamian History Website
$32,492 Certified Local Government Grant for the creation of a website providing information on the City’s African American and Bahamian history.
Annie Beck House Relocation and Restoration
$45,120 Small Matching Grant and $42,240 Broward County Challenge Grant for the relocation and restoration of a 1916 wood frame bungalow.
Weston-super-Mare Victorian Terraces and Crescents Grants
£1.2 million Townscape Heritage Initiative Grant management for the restoration of Victorian terraces and crescents.
Boynton Beach Cultural Resources Smart Phone Application
$27,200 Certified Local Government Grant for the creation of a smart phone application with GIS capabilities and information on 170 cultural sites.
Glory Days for Vintage Hotels & Apartments Symposium
$2,000 Broward Mini Grant for the organization of a seminar focusing on the economic incentives available for historic hotels and apartments.
